Does Snapchat tell someone I screenshotted their story?
For a private story, yes. For a story posted publicly from a Public Profile, screenshot notifications do not behave the same way. The distinction is the single most misunderstood thing about stories.
Can I see who is looking at my profile?
No. Snapchat has never offered a per-person profile visitor list, and no third-party app can produce one.
Does the story viewer list order mean anything?
Not in the way people assume. The list is not a ranking of who cares about you most, and Snapchat has never described it as one.
